What is Ninja Training?
Ninja training is inspired by the obstacle course from the hit TV show “American Ninja Warrior” and “Ninja Warrior”. The 2 primary goals to ninja training are to prepare your muscles to maneuver and condition your body to speed through a rigorous obstacle course. Ninja Training is a cutting edge workout that blasts fat, builds strength, and makes you a better All-Around Athlete. So it is quality over quantity. At F.R.O.G. Ninja Academy we incorporate more than just physical fitness, we use mental wellness, and discuss nutrition as often as possible to keep ourselves healthy. We want our Ninja’s to perform and FEEL better inside and out.
Our Ninja Classes are 1 hour long which includes 5-10 mins of warmup and stretching. 45-50 mins of obstacle training where we focus on correcting & improving form to get through a course safely and quickly. We end the class with some words of advice & encouragement for the week.
Our Strength and Conditioning classes are 1 hour long which includes 5-10 mins of warmup and stretching. 45-50 mins of circuit training which will focus on strength and endurance training for your muscles. We end the class with some words of advice & encouragement for the week.
